Features

Yellow to yellow-green liquid. Creamy odor when massive dilution(1mg/kg). Steam pressure is high, can volatilizes quickly at room temperature. Miscible with ethanol, ethyl ether, majority of volatile oil and propylene glycol, soluble in water, glycerin and insoluble in mineral oil.

Natural product exists in bay oil, raspberry, strawberries and cream, wine etc. Because of volatile oils, it exists only in the early fractions and water of distillation.

Mainly used in food flavor, is main spices of butter flavorings, also can be used for milk, cheese, and some other fragrance such as berries, caramel, chocolate, coffee, cherry, vanilla bean, honey, cocoa, fruit, sweet bouquet, smoke, nuts, almond, ginger, etc. Used for make up with fresh fruit sweet or new type flavor in cosmetics.
