The product produced with this process is good in flexibility, smooth in molecular chain, few non-plastified particles and feels like rubber. The neutralization process is omitted so that the product is free of salt and has higher purity and whiteness. The adjustment of the process parameter will enable various types of products for different applications.  : : Advanced Control Technologies and Reliable Product Qualities

    The key processes are all controlled by computers with high precision. For example, the precision of the temperature control of the chlorination reactors is controlled within +/-0.1°C by the adjusting system imported from Germany. With the running of the 40m3 reactors developed by ourselves, the production capacity of single reactor increases from 2.0 tons to 6.0 tons and the production stability is increased. In order to avoid fluctuation of the product quality, we have installed the 300m3 homogenizing silo for the raw materials. This is the only assurance method adopted in the CPE industry in the world for the quality control. This will enable production of products with stable technical standards and will gain greater profits.
